Harbour Vascular Laboratory

Harbour Vascular Laboratory is an accredited provider of vascular ultrasound. Our laboratory is staffed by experienced and dedicated accredited vascular sonographers and state of the art equipment to ensure quality of service. We provide all patients easy access to a specialist vascular ultrasound service by BULK BILLING all of our ultrasound scans ensuring no out of pocket expense.

Harbour Vascular currently has two sonographers.

At North Shore Health Hub, our Head Sonographer, Matthew Bell performs our ultrasounds. He trained in the UK at North Bristol NHS Trust Vascular Laboratory in 2006 before becoming the Vascular Laboratory Manager in 2008. He arrived in Australia in 2011 and now has over 15 years of experience working in both public and private healthcare settings.

Matt is available for vascular ultrasound scans at the Health Hub, Monday to Friday.

At Northern Beaches Hospital, Kathie Lynn performs the ultrasound scans. After completing her degree in Biomedical Science, Kathie commenced training in Vascular Ultrasound at St Vincent’s Clinic Vascular Lab in 1997, and since that time has worked in various vascular labs and radiology practices throughout Sydney.

Kathie provides the vascular ultrasound scans at the Parkway SAN clinic on Monday and Thursdays.
