Specialist vascular ultrasound services on the North Shore
Harbour Vascular Laboratory started in 2021 with specialist vascular ultrasound services offered as part of Dr Mayo Theivendran’s Harbour Vascular surgery practice at the Parkway SAN Clinic.
In 2023 Harbour Vascular opened new consulting rooms in the North Shore Health Hub.

Our Sonographers
Harbour Vascular currently has two sonographers.
At North Shore Health Hub our Head Sonographer, Matthew Bell performs our ultrasounds. He trained in the UK at North Bristol NHS Trust Vascular Laboratory in 2006 before becoming the Vascular Laboratory Manager in 2008. He arrived in Australia in 2011 and now has over 15 years of experience working in both public and private healthcare settings. Matt is available for vascular ultrasound scans at the Health Hub Monday to Friday.
At the Parkway SAN Clinic Kathie Lynn performs the ultrasound scans. After completing her degree in Biomedical Science, Kathie commenced training in Vascular Ultrasound at St Vincent’s Clinic Vascular Lab in 1997, and since that time has worked in various vascular labs and radiology practices throughout Sydney. Kathy provides the vascular ultrasound scans at the Parkway SAN clinic on Monday and Thursdays.
